These Terms govern your use of the Maintainly app. By using the app, you agree to them.
Maintainly helps you organize and get reminders for home and life maintenance tasks. Suggested tasks and intervals are general guidance, not professional advice. They are not a substitute for inspection or servicing by a qualified professional, and you remain responsible for your property, vehicles, and safety equipment.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
Don't misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and no infringement of others' rights.
You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and display it back to you.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maintainly is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for property damage, loss, injury, or expenses arising from missed, delayed, or incorrectly performed maintenance. Reminders may not always be delivered (for example if notifications are disabled or your device is off).
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
